The attorney supports plaintiff-side litigation involving wage-and-hour class and representative actions, including unpaid wages, meal and rest period violations, misclassification, and related California Labor Code and PAGA claims. The work advances case preparation through legal research, drafting, record analysis, and deposition and settlement support.

What you'll do

• Draft and respond to written discovery
• research wage-and-hour issues and prepare memoranda
• assist with complaints, motions, and oppositions
• review payroll, timekeeping, and employment records
• support deposition preparation and strategy
• assist with settlement strategy and mediation preparation as needed.
