The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in Chelsea, MA, providing in-home support. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. What you'll do

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• support mobility, positioning, and fall prevention
• provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed
• monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team
• maintain accurate visit and care documentation.
