What you'll do

• Process purchase orders using internal systems
• build product-line knowledge to meet vendor requirements
• coordinate with sales teams and departments for timely order processing
• work with Product Management on product and SKU updates
• create and maintain partner accounts
• assist with sales support
• build relationships and knowledge of reseller partners and purchase order requirements
• securely handle customer credit card information and follow PCI compliance guidelines.
