What you'll do

• Evaluates assigned patients.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment programs.
• Uses selected activities to promote and maintain health.
• Provides direct therapy services.
• Plans therapy within the patient’s physical, emotional, and intellectual capabilities.
• Prepares documentation such as evaluation results and progress notes.
• Communicates effectively with patient, family, and physician.
• Participates in program development.
