What you'll do

• Complete service requests, work orders, apartment preparations, and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, cabinetry, fixture, and HVAC systems
• perform landscape and snow/ice maintenance
• maintain supplies and records
• communicate work progress and issues to the maintenance supervisor or property manager.
