What you'll do

• Lead and manage the wellness team
• oversee wellness revenue, evaluations, care conferences, and service plans
• coordinate the Alzheimer and Dementia Program
• conduct resident evaluations and establish measurable goals
• manage state regulations and audits
• obtain written orders for care-plan changes
• verify medication and treatment administration records and coordinate with pharmacy
• review incident reports
• communicate emergency policies
• partner with community leaders and sales staff
• support continuous improvement.
