Production Operations Operator, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

The Production Operations Operator role is an onsite, full-time position in Seymour, IN. Compensation is not specified. The role exists to operate production and packaging equipment, complete accurate batch documentation and quality checks, and help ensure products meet established standards. The operator also supports safe, efficient production and collaborates with coworkers on training and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Complete batch records and logbooks accurately
• perform and document in-process quality checks
• clean and operate pharmaceutical production and packaging equipment
• perform assigned manufacturing processes and changeovers
• maintain production and packaging reports
• communicate issues to supervisors
• assist with on-the-job training and continuous improvement.
