What you'll do

• Support customers using bare-metal GPU fleets
• diagnose and investigate customer issues and high-priority incidents
• coordinate remote troubleshooting and hardware interventions with data center technicians
• maintain troubleshooting documentation
• participate in an on-call rotation
• collaborate with engineering on hardware reliability, software stability, and performance
• automate support workflows
• analyze logs and debug firmware, drivers, and hardware
• and troubleshoot network connectivity.
