The Respiratory Therapist Traveler role is an onsite position with assignments across Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Idaho, and Montana. 25 - $999.99 per hour, and this role supports the internal travel program at Intermountain Health. This role exists to provide advanced-level respiratory care across various facilities within the Intermountain Health system. The traveler floats between locations to support system-wide respiratory care initiatives and practices while maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures.

What you'll do

• Perform and interpret diagnostic testing
• obtain arterial blood gases
• troubleshoot respiratory equipment
• initiate respiratory protocols
• administer medications
• educate patients and families
• participate in quality and safety initiatives
• float to various departments as needed.
