What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• fill and verify prescriptions and counsel patients in accordance with applicable regulations
• assist with controlled-substance and general inventory
• support ordering and merchandising over-the-counter products
• reconcile third-party accounts and inventory
• coach and train pharmacy employees
• market pharmacy services to schools, medical offices, and senior centers
• support wellness programs
• follow security and quality-assurance procedures
• administer immunizations when certified
• protect confidential patient information
• assume department responsibility when the Pharmacy Manager is absent.
