Accounting Manager

What you'll do

• Review and approve AZ360 accounting transactions and ACH transactions
• reconcile AZ360 funds against Cash Flow Worksheets
• maintain monthly ASAP/AZ360 reporting documentation
• monitor General Fund Status reports
• oversee LGTS reconciliations
• manage ADEQ and payroll-related transactions
• perform payroll reconciliations and coordinate reporting updates
• process travel claims and reimbursements
• support budget preparation
• maintain the Chart of Accounts
• supervise and train staff
• support system implementation and process improvements
• prepare MBE/WBE reports, audit materials, grant disbursement claims, and federal financial reporting
• track interest payments and coordinate arbitration payments and purchase orders.
