Home Care Field Supervisor for Veterans

What you'll do

• Arrange home visits and open client cases
• assess client situations and environments
• review caregiver care quality and conduct follow-up visits
• document visits and communications
• conduct client surveys every 3–4 months
• distribute supplies
• schedule qualified PCAs according to service plans
• monitor timekeeping and utilization
• maintain client and personnel files
• support attendant orientation, training, coaching, and evaluations.
