The role helps keep production safe and efficient by preparing and maintaining equipment, monitoring operations, handling block products, and checking finished products against quality standards so approved materials are ready for shipment.

What you'll do

• Prepare equipment for plant start-up and report deficiencies
• perform routine equipment maintenance and housekeeping
• monitor production and report irregularities or safety concerns
• operate forklifts, front-end loaders, and tools safely
• clean mixers and operate the tumbler through loading and cubing
• inspect finished blocks for quality
• split and flip blocks and support production as needed
• follow safety and environmental requirements.
