Capital Budget Manager

What you'll do

• Lead capital budget standards, processes, forecasting, and long-range planning
• own annual budgets across districts, subsidiaries, and acquisitions
• review funding projects and work orders
• report spending and budget-to-actual results
• oversee capital cost estimating
• prepare capital budgets and inputs for General Rate Case filings
• respond to regulator data requests
• manage a three-person team
• administer PowerPlan
• and train departments on budget processes.
