The CDL Operator role is onsite in Saint Gabriel, LA, with compensation of $26–$30 per hour, depending on experience. The position is primarily local and regional, with travel when needed, and supports industrial cleaning work at refineries, plants, and other industrial sites. The operator drives commercial trucks and operates vacuum trucks, hydroblasting units, and heavy-duty cleaning equipment alongside a crew. Equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and adherence to site safety rules help complete industrial cleaning work safely and reliably.

What you'll do

• Drive CDL trucks to industrial sites and operate vacuum trucks, hydroblasting units, and other industrial cleaning equipment
• perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and daily equipment checks
• complete light maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• work outdoors and perform hands-on tasks
• follow company and customer safety rules
• travel locally and regionally as needed
• remain available for overtime, nights, weekends, and turnarounds as a plus.

Why this role

Requires a TWIC card and Class A or B CDL. Eighteen or more months of industrial cleaning experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in heat, cold, confined spaces, and at heights; a DISA medical screening and drug test are required.
