Senior Manager, New Product Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing

The role owns the transition from engineering development to repeatable production, including demonstration, pilot, and certification builds; internal production-line setup; contract manufacturer engagement; and leadership of the NPI team. It coordinates engineering, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to improve readiness, quality, yield, and production ramp execution.

What you'll do

• Own NPI plans, phase-gate reviews, validation builds, and production-ramp readiness
• manage build schedules and readiness reviews
• establish and operate GridTran’s internal NPI line
• lead and develop the NPI team
• manage contract manufacturer engagement and technology transfer
• drive design-for-manufacturability, assembly, and testability initiatives
• maintain manufacturing documentation and engineering change control
• define and report NPI KPIs
• travel to contract manufacturer and supplier sites domestically and internationally.
