Development Project Manager

What you'll do

• Build and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, and project controls
• track budgets, forecasts, variances, and change requests
• coordinate entitlements, permitting, design consultants, construction, and turnover
• maintain risk registers and executive reporting
• improve project management standards and tools
• lead project closeout.
