What you'll do

• Capture and analyze device logs using QXDM, QCAT, QPST, and Qualcomm DIAG tools
• troubleshoot LTE, 5G NSA, and 5G SA connectivity
• investigate registration, call setup, data, handover, throughput, IMS, VoLTE, and VoWiFi issues
• analyze RRC, NAS, IMS, SIP, MAC, and PHY logs
• reproduce issues and identify root causes
• create defect reports and technical documentation
• support validation, regression testing, carrier acceptance, and field debugging
• collaborate with modem, firmware, RF, network, and QA teams.
