What you'll do

• Provide care and report progress according to person-centered support plans. Assist with feeding, restroom needs, dressing, medication administration, and first aid
• support meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, and a healthy living environment. Transport clients or help arrange public transportation, encourage social and communication skills and community integration, and participate in client support-plan teams.
