What you'll do

• Reassure patients and bystanders
• assess, stabilize, and treat patients according to applicable protocols
• communicate with dispatch centers and receiving facilities
• clean and disinfect equipment
• decontaminate the vehicle after specified transports
• maintain the ambulance in orderly condition
• attend required refresher and continuing education.
