The ABA Therapist, Midlothian Center-Based role is an in-person, part-time position in Powhatan, VA, with pay of $22–$30 per hour. Yellow Bus ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Under BCBA/LBA supervision, the therapist implements individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies, collects progress data, and supports communication, social, adaptive, and play skills. The role contributes to consistent care through collaboration with supervisors, fellow technicians, and families.

What you'll do

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy
• implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies designed by the supervising BCBA/LBA
• collect and document client progress and behavior data
• support communication, social, adaptive, and play skills
• collaborate with supervisors and technicians
• build rapport with clients and families
• follow clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines
• attend required training, meetings, and supervision.
