Infant Assistant Teacher

What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain classroom materials, equipment, and an organized environment
• plan and implement curriculum, lesson plans, and presentations
• track student progress and attendance
• support self-directed learning
• monitor children’s academic and holistic development and safety
• facilitate respectful interactions and conflict resolution
• communicate with parents and explain the academy’s philosophy
• plan activities and events
• maintain classroom budget and records
• supervise and train classroom assistants
• lead and document safety drills
• participate in staff meetings and training.
