What you'll do

• Monitor building security from midnight to 8:00 a.m.
• respond to confrontational and emergency situations
• assist residents who are locked out
• prepare written incident reports
• meet with the Senior Property Manager about overnight resident policy violations
• fill in at the front desk as appropriate.
