Distribution Lead

What you'll do

• Oversee daily order processing, inventory movement, shipping, and receiving
• assist with facility opening, closing, and shift transitions
• train and guide associates and provide performance feedback
• ensure procedures are followed for order management, tagging, putaway, packaging, and returns
• audit inventory and resolve discrepancies
• coordinate shipment issues, returns, and carrier claims
• monitor packaging to reduce freight costs and product damage
• conduct weekly productivity and accuracy audits
• suggest process improvements
• support policy, safety, and security compliance
• assist with facility maintenance
• prepare inventory reports.
