What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders
• repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and building systems
• complete apartment make-readies and unit turns
• conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
• diagnose issues and make repairs or recommendations
• assist with grounds and common areas
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation
• maintain work-order and maintenance records
• follow safety, OSHA, and Fair Housing requirements
• communicate with residents, vendors, and team members
• maintain tools, equipment, and supplies.
