What you'll do

• Lead pre-calls with dealership accounting staff
• deliver structured one-to-one training through a six-week go-live and follow-up cycle
• guide clients through account setup, balances, tax settings, accounts payable and receivable, audits, reconciliation, and month-end close
• troubleshoot accounting questions
• coordinate with go-live trainers
• maintain detailed notes and follow-ups.
