What you'll do

• Manage project budgets, schedules, quality, and personnel
• lead pre-construction meetings
• negotiate and administer subcontracts and purchase orders
• maintain financial forecasts
• coordinate with superintendents
• manage milestones, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and records
• conduct site visits and quality inspections
• provide weekly status updates
• coordinate renovation scopes
• resolve project issues.
