What you'll do

• Assist with selecting, training, retaining, and recognizing employees

• monitor and train staff on customer service, food preparation, cleaning, and stocking
• supervise restaurant operations across day parts
• resolve customer issues
• assist with schedules and inventory orders
• observe food safety standards
• implement marketing initiatives
• analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllable costs
• take corrective action toward margin and sales growth targets.
