What you'll do

• obtain approvals, documents, fees, and invoices
• follow up on checklist items
• finalize title invoices and contact municipalities about taxes and utilities
• review clearance and payoffs
• obtain clear-to-close approval
• send closing notifications
• schedule closers and order rundowns
• balance settlement statements
• coordinate funding with accounting
• prepare affidavits and loan documents as needed.
