What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and repositioning
• answer call lights
• obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake, and output
• assist with transfers and mobility
• conduct scheduled rounds
• report changes in condition to the charge nurse
• protect residents’ dignity, privacy, comfort, and confidentiality
• follow infection-control, safety, and documentation procedures
• work with nurses and other care-team members.

Why this role
