What you'll do

• Perform design and drafting in Autodesk Civil 3D
• prepare grading plans, site designs, layouts, and details under a Professional Engineer
• prepare stormwater and infrastructure calculations, reports, and permit packages
• prepare quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimates
• research and apply permit requirements, codes, regulations, and design standards
• coordinate with municipalities, permit agencies, and design team members. Occasional travel between offices is required.
