Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Enola, PA. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. Metropolitan Management Group’s property team maintains residential apartments and supporting facilities to promote resident satisfaction and retention. The technician completes property repairs, work orders, apartment turns, and grounds upkeep while following safety standards and company procedures. The work supports well-maintained residential communities and responsive service to residents.

What you'll do

• Complete residential maintenance and general cleanup
• maintain grounds and parking areas
• respond to resident work orders
• perform carpentry, painting, cement, masonry, and general repairs involving furnishings, structures, flooring, equipment, heating, plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning systems
• complete apartment turns
• perform seasonal cleanup and snow removal
• follow safety standards and company procedures
• provide professional customer service to residents.
