The Landscaping Crew Leader role is onsite in Houston, TX; compensation is not specified. The crew leader works alongside and guides the landscaping crew to complete commercial jobs safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Coordinating with the Account Manager and supporting crew performance helps meet customer expectations and deliver consistent service.

What you'll do

• Lead by example in safe equipment use
• operate and maintain zero-turn mowers and landscaping tools
• perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and weeding
• maintain flower beds and job sites
• install plants, mulch, flowers, and hardscape materials
• report equipment issues
• pick up and deliver materials
• ensure accurate crew timekeeping
• communicate project updates
• help plan property visits and attend safety and training meetings.

Why this role
