Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative works onsite in Perris, CA. Pay is $25–$26 per hour. The role supports Weber Logistics’ customer service and warehouse-distribution operations. As the first point of contact for external customers, the representative processes orders and shipment requests, responds to inquiries, and coordinates between customers and the warehouse. The work supports accurate order fulfillment, account service, and customer safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Process customer orders and inbound product shipments
• enter products into inventory systems
• process order releases and notify customers
• support accurate invoicing and provide shipping and tracking information
• respond to invoice, shipment, and inventory inquiries
• liaise between warehouse and customers
• provide clerical support and custom reports
• participate in customer facility visits.
