Before and After School Teacher

The Before and After School Teacher role is onsite in Lewis Center, OH, with compensation of $16–$18 per hour. The position supports The Learning Experience’s preschool learning environment and its goal of helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing, engaging environment, implements the L.E.A.P. curriculum, and builds relationships with families and colleagues. Regular communication with parents helps share children’s activities and achievements and supports their academic and emotional development.

What you'll do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum
• build relationships with families and colleagues
• communicate regularly with parents about children’s activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions. The stated schedule is 7:00–10:00 AM and 2:30–6:30 PM.
