Service Technician – Float

The Service Technician – Float role is onsite in Spokane, WA, with compensation of $18–$20 per hour. MCC Management maintains residential communities and supports service teams across Eastern and Central Washington. The technician helps maintain community grounds, amenities, common areas, and apartment readiness. The role handles routine service requests, supports make-ready work, and responds to resident concerns while following safety and property standards.

What you'll do

• Inspect community areas and remove litter and debris
• clear vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
• complete minor and routine service requests
• assist with apartment turns
• change locks and check pool gates
• distribute resident notices
• report hazards
• respond respectfully to resident questions and maintenance complaints
• participate in emergency on-call and after-hours maintenance assignments.
