The Leasing Consultant – Multifamily role is an onsite, full-time position in Conroe, TX; compensation is not specified. SunRidge Management Group manages multifamily apartment communities, from affordable housing to luxury lease-ups. The consultant represents the apartment community to prospective and current residents, supports leasing and resident relations, and completes administrative work that contributes to occupancy, retention, and smooth daily operations.

What you'll do

• Greet prospects, qualify housing needs, and conduct apartment tours
• present property features and process applications and leasing documents
• conduct market surveys and outreach
• assist with resident communications, renewals, notices, inquiries, and service requests
• maintain leasing files, logs, reports, and interaction records
• collect rent payments excluding cash
• assist with inspections and report service needs. Weekend and holiday availability is required by the posting.
