Electronic Technician I (Day Shift)

The Electronic Technician I is an onsite role based in Westmont, IL, supporting the manufacturing department at G&W Electric Co. 00 to $27.00 per hour, and this role supports the assembly and testing of electronic components for power grid solutions. This role exists to assemble, troubleshoot, connect, and test electronic assemblies of basic to moderate complexity. The technician ensures quality standards are met by inspecting work, documenting production actions, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

What you'll do

• Assemble junction boxes and electronic controls per drawings
• install and test completed assemblies
• act as an inspector for final electronics checkout
• troubleshoot electronic assemblies for production and aftermarket support
• participate in wiring diagram reviews
• maintain safe working environment
• document actions via production forms.
