Cook / Food Aide Support (On-Call)

What you'll do

• Assist with preparing, portioning, and serving meals and snacks
• load, deliver, and retrieve meal carts
• maintain food storage areas
• collect dishes and handle leftovers according to procedures
• operate and clean the commercial dishwasher
• restock supplies
• clean kitchen areas and equipment
• report hazards, equipment issues, food-safety concerns, and shortages
• follow allergy and dietary accommodation procedures
• and complete temperature, sanitation, and meal-service records.
