What you'll do

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients and supervise assigned personnel
• participate in a structured preceptorship and monthly cohort sessions
• develop clinical reasoning, decision-making, leadership, and evidence-based practice skills
• meet applicable nursing licensure and certification requirements.
