Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor — Evening/Night Shifts

What you'll do

• Coordinate nursing department clinical and administrative activities on the assigned shift or unit
• support staff decision-making and delegate responsibilities
• participate in resident assessments and care planning
• make rounds to monitor work and resident needs
• monitor nursing documentation and report issues to the Director of Nursing
• support staffing and staff development
• provide direct nursing care as needed.

Why this role

Requires graduation from an accredited RN program, a current New York State RN license, three years of experience including one year in long-term or sub-acute care, and current CPR, Accu-Chek, and IV Therapy certifications. One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
