Member Care Champion / Medical Assistant

Job overview

The Member Care Champion / Medical Assistant role is hybrid across Columbia and Bowie, MD, with three in-clinic days per week and 12 hours per week at $20–$21 per hour. The role supports Enara Health’s clinical team and its personalized obesity-treatment program. The position helps ensure smooth member care through check-in, basic measurements and diagnostic procedures, appointment coordination, communications, and clinic operations. It supports consistent handoffs between departments and assists providers in delivering member-centered care.

What you'll do

• Greet and check in members
• collect current insurance and payment information
• measure and record vital signs
• perform non-invasive body measurements, body-composition and metabolic testing, and EKGs
• schedule follow-ups and contact members who miss appointments
• handle calls, voicemails, emails, and app messages
• coordinate with other departments
• manage clinic supplies and inventory
• prepare outreach folders and brochures
• process mail and upload records
• maintain and track calibration of BIA and metabolic equipment.
