What you'll do

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete applicable make-ready checklists
• prepare vacant apartments for new resident occupancy
• complete minor and routine maintenance repairs
• repair or replace faucet and sink-plug components and washers
• repair exterior sinks, bathtubs, and related fixtures when warranted
• repair or replace apartment components including windows, latches, screens, hinges, doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets, curtains, blinds, ceiling fans, and lights
• assist with apartment trash-outs and move bulky items to dumpsters.
