What you'll do

• Clean, sanitize, and organize dishes, equipment, tools, utensils, tables, chairs, and grease traps
• maintain work areas and employee and customer bathrooms
• organize bakery supplies
• put away and organize food, paper, and other supply deliveries
• sweep and mop floors, break down cardboard, empty trash, recycle, and clean windows, doors, walls, and floors
• transport products from storage rooms
• monitor cleaning-supply inventory.
