Kitting Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead daily kitting operations
• assign and prioritize work
• create and optimize standard operating procedures
• oversee picking, verification, assembly, and staging of kits
• maintain inventory accuracy and traceability
• ensure accurate ERP, MRP, and WMS transactions
• coach and train staff
• track operational KPIs
• resolve material issues with partner teams
• lead continuous improvement and support system implementations.
