What you'll do

• Clean resident apartments, public areas, bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and common areas
• perform laundry duties and change bed linens
• maintain laundry, utility, and storage areas
• disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies
• stock cleaning carts
• remove waste
• coordinate with maintenance on trash areas and repair requests
• promptly report resident status changes and unsafe conditions.
