What you'll do

• Promote Reserve Care’s mission within the transdisciplinary team
• assess spiritual needs and develop care goals
• connect patients and families with community clergy and pastoral visitors
• coordinate and supervise Spiritual Care Volunteers
• liaise among volunteers, clergy, and the care team
• assist the team with ethical and spiritual issues
• support volunteer meetings, orientation, training, and documentation
• plan or assist with memorial services
• be available for emergencies and accommodate requests that may require evenings and weekends
• maintain required documentation.
