The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager – International Market Place role is onsite in Honolulu, Hawaii, with pay of $19.25 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs partners with retail locations and destinations to create holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager supports photo operations, seasonal staff, sales, and guest service so families have a positive Santa visit and photo experience.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
