Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is an onsite, full-time position in Davidsonville, MD, scheduled Monday–Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Compensation is $18–$23 per hour, based on experience. The role supports Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling’s installation crews by keeping parts and equipment ready for scheduled work. The associate receives, organizes, and stages inventory, supports loading and unloading, and maintains accurate shipment and inventory records. The role helps ensure installation teams have the materials they need and that warehouse operations remain orderly.

What you'll do

• Pull and stage parts and equipment
• receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory
• load and unload trucks and assist installers with vans
• maintain inventory levels and warehouse and yard organization
• process returns, verify shipments, and handle shipping documentation.
