The Journeyman Installer — Residential Retrofit role is onsite in Gillette and Sheridan, WY. Pay is $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience. Powder River Heating and Air Conditioning provides heating, cooling, and plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair services. The installer completes residential and commercial HVAC retrofit installations and supports quality, safe project delivery. The role also supervises other installers and coordinates installation work at job sites.

What you'll do

• Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including retrofit and changeouts
• work with furnaces, air handlers, rooftop units, heat pumps, VRV systems, and condensing units
• complete line- and low-voltage wiring
• size and draw ductwork
• supervise installers to maintain quality and timely performance.
